How long can I receive my bike?
We will ship your order within 24 hours from the US. (In very few cases, we can't within 24 hours, but we promise to ship it within 2 business days.)
Please allow 2-7 days for your shipment to arrive at your address. However, due to our inability to control the transportation, the arrival time will be different according to the actual situation.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
No, we only ship to locations within the United States except Alaska and Hawaii.
How do I track my order?
Shipping is offered through FedEx Ground, once your bike ships, you will be emailed a FedEx tracking number so you can see when the scheduled delivery time will be.

Can I get expedited shipping on my bike?
We do not offer expedited shipping, unfortunately. Any special requests or instructions for delivery will need to be confirmed with FedEx.
What's the warranty?
Rattan Ebike’s bicycle components including frame, forks, stem, handlebar, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors and hardware are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 2 year period from the date of original purchase. Wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Rad Rattan Ebike’s lithium-ion batteries are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 3 year period from the date of original purchase. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuses, normal wear or water damage.

What can I do if something goes wrong with my bike during the warranty period?
We believe that communication is the best way to solve the problem. Please contact us in time.To help you solve the problem as soon as possible, we need photos or video so that we can find the problem.

If a component is deemed to be defective or damaged without user error we will issue a replacement part. We will assist you in replacing any defective part. We will replace any parts deemed to have been damaged during shipping. We will provide the owner with a replacement product if the product can not be repaired after a reasonable number of tries as determined by Rattan Ebike.
Rattan Ebike will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged part. Customer needs to provide us with evidence by email.

What payment method can I use to buy a bike?
We currently accept the following payment options:
1. Credit or debit card
Why credit card payment failed?
If you pay by credit card, it could happen that your payment is somehow denied at the checkout by our system in defense against possible credit card fraud.
Under such circumstance, here are 3 solutions for you:1. Switch to your other credit/debit card.2. If you have a Paypal account, try to pay by PayPal.3. If you do not have a Paypal account, please select PayPal still at the checkout page & click Complete order button. Then you'll be directed to a page with access to both PayPal and Debit/Credit card payment (for the later option, you don't have to register for PayPal). Then you can complete your order with your credit card.
Do you have any payment plan?
No, we do not accept layaway at present.
